I use Skype to make my consultations. Skype has a lovely feature - screen sharing - Call > Share Your Screen > Share Your Full Screen or >Share Selection . This feature combined with the free unlimited voice communication makes live so much easier and the world - really a village.

Lately I added a new tool - A DeskTop marker - this helps me a lot - insted of showing you the things with the arrow - I mark with a red marker the place of the screen about which we are talking.

When you need my support in the future we will apply the same type of organisation.Instead of writing me emails to explain me where and what must be fixed or what mess to be tidened - you simply show me on your screen, tell me with few words( if needed) and I fix usually befor your eyes. The rest of the communicaion will go about my private life. You have the right - my personal life is so dynamic :)
